Rahul is a self-motivated and results-oriented customer insights specialist with extensive experience in primary research, coupled with strong analytical thinking and business acumen. His over 19 years of experience span several markets, covering ASEAN, India, and the US.
He has worked both on the client side and with leading research agencies in various capacities. He was instrumental in setting up business operations for leading MR agencies in India. He has also served as the Head of Brand Sciences, leading strategic initiatives with clients in the brand space.
His industry experience ranges across Insurance, FinTech, Education, FMCG, Alcoholic Beverages, Telecommunications, Durables, Oil & Petroleum, Apparel, and e-commerce.
He holds an MBA in marketing and a bachelors degree in engineering.
